About
The Spring Hill Poultry, Plants, Pollinators,
and Puppies a.k.a. Spring Hill Growstead
the website was created to help showcase our goods.
The Spring Hill Growstead is located in
Anderson, Indiana 46016. We specialize in anything related
to poultry (chickens), plants, pollinators (bees), puppies,
party planning, and professional painting.
This website is dedicated to our adventures in our
backyard mini farm that we call our Growstead.
We established our growstead in 2019.
We call it a growstead because we plan on growing old here
and making lots of memories together.
A dozen chickens and a coop came with the sale of the house.
That was all it took to get us hooked on city-country life.
Our objective was to become self-sustainable in many ways.
We started to grow our own fruits and veggies.
In addition to the flock's normal daily feed,
the chickens enjoy a surplus of our harvested food.
In some seasons we have extra plants for sale or trade.
The Plandemic taught us a lot. It also caused us to
add more services, for example, helping people build
chicken coops and hand-painted beehives.
We added the bee hives in the spring of 2022.
We will harvest our first batch of Honey soon.
It's almost Harvest time, and we will be facilitating
our first litter of King German Shepherd puppies.
Mission
Our main mission is to become self-sustainable.
We also want to share our knowledge with others, and continually learn how to better our growstead.
Vision
Our vision has been and will continue to be a self-sustainable farm that we can share with others.
Whether it be physically allowing partnerships or selling our goods or animals to provide for our mini farm.
Meet the Kapuscinskis
We tend to the day-to-day operations of the Growstead.
Our Growstead is just inside the city limits of Anderson, IN.
We moved to Spring Hill Road in 2019 and went through an
extensive/expensive land dispute for 2.5 years.
In 2022 the Jury unanimously sided with Nicole,
and now we have no choice
but to share our journey in order to survive
and keep our dream property.

We have known each other since middle school. We met each other over 20 years ago in the '90s, and re-met as adults in 2011.
On September 30, 2013, we were married for better or worse, till death do us fart.
And they lived Happily Ever After...
